I'm going to put a list here of our holiday teas. Gingerbread,Toasted Snowflake,Frosty's Favorite Flavor,Organic Very Berry Christmas,Organic Candy Cane, Organic Nutcracker and Christmas Blend. We also have Organic Pumpkin Pie which is a great tea for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. One of those days....

I've been working on our holiday teas. It's been a very interesting experience to say the least! I love creating blends, gift sets and the like. The things that occur while doing so, not so much. A couple of days ago, this was the case. Virtually every cup of tea or coffee I had in the shop, I knocked over. I don't know how I did it, it was just one of those days! Lately I've been doing quite a bit of traveling and doing shows in various parts of New York state. I have noticed that many people really want to try drinking loose leaf tea but they're not sure how. They will often ask me what they need to do in order to start drinking my teas. Lapsang Souchong tea is a favorite of many tea drinkers but for those of you who don't care to drink the tea, there are many other ways to use this. I have one customer that used it to make a rub for a roast and loved it! Here, this tea is used in a recipe for smoked tea duck.
