Ginger in Your Tea May Boost Your Metabolism

01/08/2014A pilot study done at Columbia University suggests that ginger in your tea may help burn more calories.In a recent study led by Muhammed Mansour, M.S. and a team of researchers from Columbia University Medical Center’s Institute of Human Nutrition, the participants given hot water with ginger had different results than those that just had hot water.
